Sales Representative (4 days/week)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our small team based in West Sussex. We sell high quality Hot Tubs, SwimSpas and Saunas to the public from our showroom in Findon Garden Centre.

You will take an active role in selling our range of leisure products, assisting the Sales Director in achieving the company’s annual revenue target.

Our ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, self-starter who appreciates the importance of good customer service. If you are a good communicator with strong sales skills who enjoys engaging with customers both in person and on the phone, we would like to meet you.Experience of selling quality leisure products in a target-focused retail environment is preferred. A willingness to be adaptable and learn is a key advantage.
Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Sell our product range to the public
• Follow up sales leads by email and on the phone
• Update our CRM database and communicate customer feedback on a timely basis
• Liaise with team members to ensure sales processes are implemented efficiently
• Contribute actively to the planning and delivery of all sales and marketing activities
• Ensure targets are met and report any deviations to the sales plan
• Develop a sound knowledge of Kingdom Spas’ products, systems and processes
• Stay up-to-date with new products and features
• Provide ancillary support to ensure the professional functioning of the showroom


• Proven work experience in a B2C, product-led sales environment
• Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office
• A working knowledge of commercial finance (e.g. sales, profit, cost, VAT)
• Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
• A committed team player with a positive attitude and a high energy level
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must be able to work outside normal working hours when required

A bit about us:
We are a small, friendly, family run company based in Findon, West Sussex, delivering, servicing and repairing hot tubs and swim spas in the South East. We are looking for someone to support the Director and his teams in the smooth and efficient daily running of the business on site.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing:
Manage the inbound unloading, checking and receipting of goods
Ordering parts for stock and customer orders
Preparing, despatching and managing orders received via on-line shop
Ensuring stock levels are maintained
Improving existing stores area
Maintaining cleanliness/organisation of yard & containers
Liaising with accounts and admin. staff
Preparing weekly Service Sheets for deliveries
Inputting Service Sheets details onto database
Managing Warranty claims
Booking appointments directly with Customers
Updating and maintaining delivery schedules
Manually handling small and large/heavy items
Actively update Customers of any delays such as awaiting parts or delays to their job
Motivate the team to complete documentation in a timely manner
Any other duty reasonably requested by management
Extra hours may be required to work occasionally

Skills required:
Experience in a similar role
Ability to solve problems independently and with confidence
Ability to communicate effectively especially by email and phone
Ability to prioritise own workload
Have a logical and methodical approach to all tasks
Be a strong communicator
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft packages
Forklift truck license would be advantageous but training will be offered
